Wine from Mendoza

country Argentina

At the foot of the Andes lies Mendoza, the heart of the Argentine wine industry. Argentina is the fifth largest wine producer in the world, but her citizens drink so much of this excellent wine that until recently, not much has been exported.
Argentina represents the best quality to price ratio in bulk wines at this time. Mendoza has just enjoyed two of the best vintages in recent years and with the currency being hit badly in the past year, the result is great quality at low prices.
