Delivery
We undertake to deliver wine within 7 days
Our delivery charges are £8.50 for the 1st case & £4.50 for each subsequent or part thereof. These rates exclude the Highlands & offshore(Isle of Man, Northern Ireland etc). Contact us for an accurate price.

Quality Control
Winedown.co.uk will offer a complete refund if any of the wine are faulty.
We reserve the right to ask for the item to be returned for inspection and all cost will be credited accordingly.

Breakages & Shortages
Any damage must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery and signed for accordingly. We must receive notification of the shortages or damage with 7 days of delivery.

Availability
All our wines are subject to availability. We will undertake to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar quality and price.

Vintages
Vintages have a habit of changing. We reserve the right to change the vintage without notice. 

Payment
All items will be paid for in  UK pounds sterling.

Cancellation
For any reason, you have the right to cancel your order with 7 days of receipt of the goods, however, you will be responsible for the cost of the returning the goods to us.  We shall refund the price of the wine within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.
