Chateau Los Boldos

Chateau Los Boldos is a wine producer located in Rapel Valley, Chile.

Located in the heart of Chile in the Rapel valley, Chateau Los Boldos made a name for itself in the world thanks to the quality of its fine wines coming from a technique of wine making achieved in the pure French tradition adapted to the Rapelīs pourous and stony soil. The Massenez familly from Alsace, France, internationally known for its brandies and its liquors wished to diversify its activities and begin wine production in South America. In 1990, Dominique Massenez resurected one of the oldest vineyards in Chile, at a time when the wine production of this country was still being ignored at the world level. With a true passion for the wine, Dominique Massenez created and now personally directs Chateau Los Boldos after moving with his family to Chile in order to supervise its development with only one goal in mind :
Their objective to build a traditional chateau and to make Chilean wines in the best French style.
